I somewhat agree with the "no zero policy" and somewhat disagree
I agree with the policy because it is setting us up for real life situations. If you don't half in your electricity bill on time you get the power cut off. If you don't show up to work or don't do the work you are suppose to do you get fired. The no zero policy is trying to show that if we don't get things done there will be consequences.
I also don't agree with the policy because some schools are taking the marks off of the final tests for someone not handing something in. Final test are a way to show teachers what we know. If you score 80 and up you know the topic well. If you score a 60 and below you don't know or don't understand the topic. With teaches taking marks off the final test because they don't hand an assignment in is not letting people see what the student knows. A student could have gotten 80% on a test but since they didn't hand in 3 assignments they would be bumped down to a 60 and people would think that student doesn't know the topic. Another example is bills. If you don't pay an electricity bill on time they cut the power off, But they put it back on once you pay the bill. This is a real world situation and it involves handing in something late.
